Well first let me give you readers a disclaimer, I do believe nightmare moon will strike again. My reasoning is, when Twilight appears she asks why both Luna and Princess Celestia disappeared. Most people think it is a flashback to what happened in the first place when Luna became spiteful. I beg to differ and I will give you evidence why. *Back to when the Two Princesses disappeared, Luna had probably teleported her sister and herself to some other area to defeat the royals one by one.
